Birthday Barn Reservation Form (Complete and Submit Online)

Guest Admission includes:

• General Admission
• Farm Highlights
• Free use of the Birthday Barn/tent for up to 2 hours
• Small bag of mining Rough
• Pre-picked Pie Pumpkin from School Yard
• Juice box/soda/water choice

Cost: $150 minimum, Children $15, Adults $10 no pumpkin or party package included

Tips and Procedure:

Select your date and time. Party start times on the hour of patch opening.

• Make a reservation: Submit the above form online.
• Decide ahead of time ( inform your guests and their families) if you will be paying for accompanying parents and siblings. If not, please have an adult outside the entrance to greet underage guests and escort them to the party.
• Party check-in: Please provide a complete guest list. Payment must be made for the entire guest list at this time. Your guests will be checked off the list as they arrive and issued wristbands for admission.
• No outside food allowed except birthday cakes.
• Concessions and catering are available. (No alcohol allowed.) Contact us for details.
• We do not cancel due to warm/cold weather conditions. If patch closes due to rain, you will be notified.
